Swallow

After work I took a detour on the way home and spent some time watching some swallows do their thing over and around the duck pond. They're such gorgeous birds to watch in motion but boy, are they hard to keep up with in the viewfinder! Lucky for me they occasionally decided to catch their breaths on a nearby branch.

It was a (nother) busy day at work - I'm really looking forward to next week although that too will be busy - just a different kind of busy. And as we all know, a change is as good as a rest.

Still got plenty to do before next week arrives though so off to bed for sleep.
