Al Fresco

Not having had any ability to cook outdoors since moving to Edinburgh we took the opportunity to barbecue on the patio of our new flat this evening.

A trip to Eddies for two giant gambers (pictured) and a john dory fillet, then off to Sainsburys for a ribeye, a pork chop and some sweetcorn and salad. All very tasty served with some salad and my own recipe mango salsa, washed down with a bottle of fizz. Even had my t-shirt off it was so sunny.
