Salt and Pepper Squid

This is a highly digitally messed around image of some salt and pepper squid I had last night. I love this stuff but my other half hates the smell of it. It is a very rare treat and I eat it once or twice a year. I'm not sure it is that good for me- aside from lashings of salt which I love ...the bottom of the container is always dripping with fat....hmmmmm
