Starbucks and Caribou got nothin' on these two...

I warned them I was coming with my camera. They deserve headlines though. The two best baristas around, right here at the hospital... Lakewinds Coffee.

They are the epitome of "customer service" (whatever they're paid... it's not enough). Smiles and conversation are free. I'm amazed at how they remember the details of customer preferences... and I swear they know almost everyone by name.




Thanks to these two... I do not "head-bob" during conference after late night blipping.
