Snow on Arran

I was in Kintyre today and I have commented before on how different Arran looks compared to what I used to see when I was child, growing up in Troon and viewing it from the other side !

Today the snow line was very clear, and the colours of the island were well defined, if wintery. But then everything was wintery today, on the first day of significant icy and snowy weather in this season.
