Shichimi Spiced Duck Udon
Turned out beautifully, though the Wagamama recipe is for much rarer duck I let my sit in a warm oven for 10 minutes after the frying in the pan as I didn't like the look of the duck after the specified time.
After a day at work that consisted of writing a PHP script that takes a load of T-SQL script files, converts them into SQL lite scripts and then concatenates them into a set of Java functions (with a little bit of tricky RegEx thrown in for god measure) my head was ready for only one thing when I got home, more Skyrim.
And then the first of the Black Mirror episodes by Charlie Brooker. Excellent stuff can't wait for the next one.
