Return To The Donkeys #2

I called at Foxhangers this morning, enticed out by some glorious sunshine, to see what was up since last time, and discovered that at the entrance to the Caen Hill Marina from the Kennet and Avon canal they have now added a lift bridge. It was completed in December, according to some helpful guys from TW Landscapes who were doing some work beside it.

I went into the Marina and took some views of it as I made my way to the office to ask if it was OK to take pictures. However, before I reached it I was approached by the foreman, who told me that due to EU law and the Data Protection Act and the wrath of God (probably), photography was not allowable under any circumstances.

On my way home I stopped by the ponies and donkeys at the top of Naish Hill as the sun was lowering, and this is my favourite shot of the day.
