United by a saltire.

On the day that Blipfoto launched the excellent "Scotland the World Over" film it is almost co-incidence that my blip has a saltire at its heart. The set for this morning's National Economic Forum on Youth Employment at the Corn-market in Edinburgh had floodlit satires right and left ( a feature of the summer cabinet public meeting sets too).

Framing one of them this morning was Bruce Crawford , Cabinet Secretary for Parliamentary Business and Government Strategy and the First Minister , who set the positive tone for a very positive series of discussions.
