... chatting to Luke.

A bit of an emergency blip today as I've had a busy day at work and not had a chance to get out and take photos.

I called around to my mate Luke's house after work and his friend Martin was there about to do their usual Wednesday evening weight taining in Luke's garage.

I thought a snap of one of them lifting weights would be good, but this informal pic of Martin leaning on a barbell whilst chatting to Luke is the one I've chosen as todays blip.
