Baby pigeon

I know some people aren't too keen on pigeons as they're seen as a bit of pest, but this baby pigeon in my garden has made me feel I should be looking after him-he just sits around in different areas in the garden looking very sorry for himself and lonely.
Yesterday he sat out in a hale storm before realising he should really shelter so moved to sit under a couple of leaves on a nearby plant-shame.
