Sundog

I went out to look at the sunset, but it was nothing special. Then I noticed a sundog (parhelion) out to one side of the place where the sun went down. It was fading fast and I suspect I missed the best of it. There was no companion dog on the other side of the sun, possibly because there were no clouds.
