Guild Chapel

Having spent the morning wrapping presents I felt I deserved a break this afternoon so we went into town for coffee at Nero (where we left our traditional Christmas tip for the friendly, hard-working staff that have looked after us during 2014).
 
On the way down Church Street I decided to take a photo of Guild Chapel with its Christmas decorations of tree and yellow cross (there is also a cockerel just in sight, though I think that’s always there).  I may have added a little effect to the picture.
 
This evening we’re off across the road to meet some of the neighbours on their annual get-together.
