Line Out

Wasps v Sale this afternoon ... Sale on a rare excursion into the Wasps 22, aiming to secure the ball and drive* the ~5 metres to the Wasps try-line.  Their hooker has thrown the ball in and is running to join the other Sale forwards in keeping possesion.   This was the 2nd premiership match in Wasps new home at the Ricoh in Coventry.  Not quite what we were expecting as Wasps comfortably outplayed Sharks and won 41-16. Sharks rested some of their senior players which might explain that.

Not quite the same degree of flag waving as last time,  but good fun all the same.

*Like this ..... though it didn't turn out so well for Sale.
