Glasgow high-rise

I was meeting a friend for lunch in Glasgow on Wednesday and we had arranged to meet near Charing Cross. Because of the way the new bus timetables work from where I live, I arrived in the city early and decided to use the time to seek out a photo opportunity for my daily blip.

A wander round Garnethill always provides something of interest, so I took this view looking over towards Woodlands Hill and Park Circus - the iconic view of the three towers of the former Trinity College and the tower of the former Park Parish Church. The tower of Glasgow University is in the distance on the right. The weather was a bit overcast and there were a few flurries of snow in the air, but I still find these towers fascinating.
