Beach Dig

The PRD political party is holding a beach party this afternoon with fútbol and voleibol tournaments, along with dance contests and live music. Of course, I was drawn to the volleyball court, especially when I recognized some of the players from my recent trip to the Unidad (the local sports center) who had trounced Carlos and I in a number of doubles games. While I didn't stay to the end, I am pretty certain this guy and his big hitting partner would win the whole thing. I was a little upset that I hadn't taken my high-frame rate Canon, but ended up capturing a surprising number of good action shots with my Panasonic despite taking only one shot during the sequence.
