American Kestrel

First time I've seen one of these around here.  At the front of our office building we have a big blue canopy (made of steel, of course) and we've been noticing these birds flying in and out of it.  For days we have tried to see what kind of birds they are and finally were able to tell.  There look to be three of them and they must be building a nest in the canopy.
