Iris Folding

Not able to go out today, so have been experimenting with building landscapes using folded strips of paper.  This is a new take on an old technique, where the strips form a spiral toward the centre, then a small piece of gold or silver card is placed there. This gives an effect like the iris of an eye or a camera shutter - hence - Iris folding.
