Tomorrow the World?

I, really did not realise how long we'd had this wee fellow. At least since here.
A few days ago I mounted a shot of a little "Dog Violet" on a well known Pester-the-Universe site
 and one person said "is it an Orchid?" while another admired it. So I thought that this would give a more realistic idea of its size. I didn't bother to count the number of potential flowers, but there must be "a fair few".
The old "Sizer" proves its usefulness yet again.
