Ouch!

I don't sleep well at night these days due to the itchy, sore shingles. Work is hard, when I am so tired and today I even had lots of meetings... I do need some proper sleep soon.

I met with Helle for some dog training after work and this is how it looks when Hero does a body jump and takes off on my very very sore back! OUCH! Besides from this painful moment, which Helle caught brilliantly, I had a wonderful afternoon with her and the dogs. 

Jazz puppies are due in just one week now! She is showing her tummy off in the extra picture :-)

Helle and I had a lot of fun with my new lens today and I had so many great pictures to choose from.
