Wild Garlic Flower

This morning on the way into work we had torrential rain and floods on the motorway.

Tonight I stopped off at the Daff Burn to take some macro shots of the beautiful Wild Garlic Flowers and to gather some leaves for a risotto.

We have just finished a lovely meal of wild garlic risotto, with chicken breasts and paprika.

I am now hooked on this flavoursome little plant, so I have a number of other recipes in mind.
