Some exercise regimes are weird.

Today I hung out with a mate after my Japanese lesson and chilled out in the hot weather. It was great.

Then met another close friend for a lovely dinner after which we adjourned to a bar to meet with other friends for a farewell. No matter how any times you have them, it's always strong.
