The start of rugby season

It's that time of the year again, rugby season at school. I have missed it...I enjoy the thrill of the game, standing on the side lines cheering our team on, braving the cold weather and then going inside after the match for a welcome cup of hot tea.

Last year Thomas played in the E team, but today he managed to get picked for the C team and played very well, he even scored a try. It was a good match and very exciting to watch, and they won by 36-0. A very good friend of his from prep school was the captain of the opposition team, so it was rather strange for him to be playing against his friend rather than with him.
