Yellow

Not the best weather today (despite the blue sky in the blip), but still we went to the beach — well, to the boardwalk beside the beach at least. It was overcast for the most part, so no lying around in the sun or showing off the tan. We just strolled along the parade of stalls and bars and restaurants and stopped for a bite to eat before getting a taxi back home.

I was feeling a bit ropey afterwards, so didn't join Carl when he went out for an evening meal. We'd planned watching a movie rental when he got back, but that didn't happen and I ended up rather sleeplessly watching a couple of episodes of The Good Wife on Netflix after watching the keynote from the Apple event from Thursday.

Hopefully my ropiness will be gone by tomorrow and I can get back to enjoying life again.
