Quirky couch

The owner of Jester House stood for parliament one year representing the McGillicuddy Serious Party. The only thing serious about him and his restaurant is the food. It is seriously good. Service slick. They were busy today being school holidays and they had an eel quiz going for kids. That is another feature- feeding the eels in the creek nearby.
There are so many quirky little bits to see. I have chosen just two. Want to know what to do with that old couch- plant it up with cactus. That paua shell can be threaded with beads and hung in a tree.
No cold wind today and we roasted in the sun. Thanks to Lizellen for her legacy shout. We toasted her late Uncle Cyril with elder flower, blood orange and water.
