Very thoughtful today until my GP appointment was out of the way, but feeling  re-assured tonight. Worked at home all day and was very focused, then had a chillout evening in front of a blu-ray with The Dizzle and TSM.

Absolutely delighted with The Girl Racer's blips from Thailand which are great, a fantastic record of her travels.

Off to see the Aged P tomorrow, she's very confused and has sadly been formally diagnosed with dementia. Really want to just give her a hug and tell her that she is still my mum whatever happens...
