Anti-goose propaganda of the day (overheard):
Veg Van seller: "Oh yes, geese are very dangerous; my phobia is justified though, because the military use geese on bases to attack intruders".

*Sigh* 
Right... Geese are very dangerous; they're almost as bad as swans with their arm-breaking tendencies, yada yada...

Returning to reality for a moment: the US military has previously used geese on bases to detect intruders and alert human guards (geese's hearing is sensitive, and they make lots of noise when disturbed).
