Buy or not to buy?

Bit of a similar title to yesterday's blip (thank you so much for all the lovely good wishes, stars and ooohs and ahhhhhs for the puppy blip) but a completely different subject. Very odd juxtaposition these posters. Don't know who is responsible but I think they have a sense of humour
