Another cider day

I ache.

5 hours of chopping, scratting, and pressing.

Another 25 litres of cider in the kitchen.

However I also needed to rack the fermentation bin into 5 demijohns before I could use it for more cider.

Oh yeah and I had to sterilise the demijohns, and pick some more pears......


Phew. I need a sit down!!!!

P.S the airlocks have black food colouring in so I can see them bubbling.

So. 2 25 litres bins and 6 demijohns on the go.

That should keep me going for a bit.
