Home Cookin'

This is my first attempt at cooking breakfast. Bacon is very crispy and my eggs over easy turned to be over hard. I think that the message is that food has to come off the heat sooner. It will still continue cooking for a while. I suppose it takes practice.

Rainy and stormy today. Went to Health Fair and got a flu shot and had a hearing screening. Girls testing were students from U of A and they tested my right ear twice. I mentioned that I only heard tones in the right ear but nothing in the left. Then they took be back and tested the left ear. This afternoon I waw "Bridge of Spies". Tom Hanks was excellent.
