Too much make up

Yes it's a fly. I always think that the red eyes have been overdone compared to it's dark, uninteresting body. Yet on a blue or greenbottle, their eye colour works better. I don't know. Maybe I think some flies were badly designed, perhaps! Best viewed larger. *smiles* *unsmiles to the constant rain*
