Merry Kirihimete (Christmas)

The forester receives one of these Douglas-fir tree creations each year from the company that employs him.  They are designed and handcrafted by Tom Howde and family in Bellingham, Washington, USA.  I think this one has a little bear on it.
We arrived home safely.  I have given myself an early Christmas present by pledging a donation in Blipfuture.  I hope now donations can come from outside of Europe the team at Blipfuture will get the amount they need.
