Abstract Sunset

It was such awful weather today, I didn't take my camera out with me when we went to Waitrose. However when we came out there was the remains of a beautiful sunset behind the trees on the other side of the main road.  I only had my phone with me, so quickly snapped a shot, then played around with it a little in Photoshop to make it more abstract . 
I'm not one for making resolutions but I really need to learn more about Photoshop this year, so I definitely should take heed of the quote below:

“Know what you want to do, hold the thought firmly, and do every day what should be done, and every sunset will see you that much nearer the goal.”
