Holy Rude Kirkyard

These are some of the oldest graves in Stirling. The oldest known dates from 1579 but as it is a flat stone lying on the ground I think it will have been covered today by the snow. After the boiler had been serviced without hitch (always a relief) I took the dog out for a decent walk. The views back along the Ochils to the east were wonderful but it was misty and my pictures looked very indistinct. So I settled on this one of the kirkyard. There's a lone figure on the Lady's Rock in the background. It was still so didn't feel too cold but it was treacherous underfoot in places.
