Parcel - This is a cross between parsley and celery hence the name par-cel! A great all round herb that can be used in any situation that celery or parsley are required. Giving a slight twist to the normal flavours. Parcel is great in all soups stews, scones ,etc etc. the whole part of the herb is usable with the sweet stems giving off the best flavours when cut finely. Makes a great swizzle stick for a bloody mary!!!


The entire width of the little sprig of flowers is less than 1 cm, that makes the little flowers tiny tiny!  My entry for tiny tuesday and also February mono (done 9 days, almost a third of the way there).

Slipped into town this morning for some messages, then we walked the bay and cliffs for an hour - very hot and most pleasant.

Wedding editing this afternoon, while Doug made Rhubard & Apple Chutney - a great success!
