Bridge to the woods

This weeks Blip Challenge theme is WOOD so I did a quick Google search to find any interesting woodlands close-by. This is the wooden bridge that leads to Lord Ancrum's Wood in Newbattle. It's made of air-dried pressure treated Larch which is known for its durability so this bridge should last longer than the one it replaced which was built in the 16th Century and eventually fell down in 2009. Based on that, this one should be here for a good few years!
