on the telly.  No prizes for guessing what I've been watching.  The last episode has to wait until next week so as not to clash with the Oscars.  We have the Blue Ray disc of series six so I might not wait . . .

        I used to go to the movies quite regularly when I lived in Los Angeles (Venice); mostly to see foreign films at the Laemmle theater/cinema in Santa Monica.  Haven't seen any of this year's foreign language nominees.  Son of Saul  is one I'd be interested in seeing.
