Three Views of Stratford

After yesterday's tempting of fate - no divine retribution - well not on me.
However, Iron Maiden, whose album cover I used,  didn't have such a good day.   Hopefully the injured will make a full recovery.

Gill wanted some sewing widgets so we went over to Stratford this afternoon,  First time for us on a Saturday for a long time.  We had forgotten how busy it gets around the birthplace and other Shakespeare tourist centres.  The main image is in Henley St, and in the extras, one of a set of hire boats almost ready to go back in the water and some of the left overs from last week's heavy rain.

I'll recommend the coffee in Box Brownie which is also in Henley St close to the Jester statue. Very appropriate for photographers,  the coffee is roasted locally and the tables outside should be good for street candids.
