Lesson 101 in bathing

Baby magpie would not get in the water. It tried one way to avoid it and then another. Along came mother who had so much fun, baby decided to have a go as well. They were so lovely to watch enjoying themselves and getting confident.

My camera, isbi's 18/200 lens, ISO 640 ( still on it from yesterday), shutter 1/800, f 5.6

It is mid autumn and we are still getting temperatures in the 30s.
