Mark and Running Sparkle

Mark kept his Birthday quite on Saturday when we went for a group run, so tonight Becs AKA Running Sparkle who has an infectious fun personality, got Mark a Cup Cake with a candle in it for his Birthday. Mark is my training partner and Assistant Coach and also my Adviser when I need help. I have an early start tomorrow, I have a meeting in Christchurch at 07:00
