Nervous energy

The boy was meeting a FRIEND.... the same one as two days ago this afternoon and there was an excess of nervous trampoline energy going on beforehand.  I took my chance of a blip of course but note that he really does need a haircut.

Received some shocking news from a Uni friend whose teenage son suffered a stroke whilst running a half marathon last year and have been reeling from the impact.  You can read his story here and also donate.

Yet another reminder how precious life is and nothing can be taken for granted.
