Smitten with the Bittern

A blip meet with Nicpic today whose huge generousity and knowledge allowed me to see my very first bittern today. This is a fabulous, but red listed illusive bird that hides for the most time in reeds and until today has always been well out of my sight. Today was a memorable one.
