Knees up

The annual Black Rock '5' race on tonight with 1100 or so entrants about to head off on a 4.5 mile (7.2km) round trip. The winner was number 449 in the brown vest – a member of the Hunters Bog Trotters club (don't ask) – completing the course in a time of 23 minutes and 24 seconds, three seconds ahead of the runner up.

Not much longer than the time it takes me to get down the shops for some rolls and a newspaper...
