Favourite Flower Friday

Entry for today is a hanging basket of petunias out in the country while visiting my good friend. View from her deck is typical farm country with Catskill forest here.
And the extra photo is the super salad of small red tomatoes and a head of purple oak leaf lettuce. One head per serving. Great colours. and tender lettuce leaves.
Tomorrow I will go to the Oxford Village market to pick up seedlings of this lettuce that are ready to plant.
Big doings on the Village Square Saturday when the Farmers sell their produce and crafts and the annual Garden Club Plant Sale happens-- I hope the weather prediction for rain and large hail is WRONG!!
