Busy day today in the kitchen.

I was making risotto by 10am so it could chill for tonight's arancini balls. I followed that with chicken and bacon cannelloni, and I made Oreo cheesecakes for tomorrow night. But after all that homemade food, tonight's blip is a Magnum.

Add to that a couple of loads of washing, and I think you'd call that a productive day.

As well as all that, time to watch tonight's football after missing the first two matches.
