A warm day and a warm night in Moscow

This doesn't look like Moscow should look like.  Interestingly, there have been twice as many new restaurants and cafes open in the center of Moscow in the first quarter of this year compared to last year and over two-thirds of those have been individual concepts - like this one.  A consequence of a new generation of young entrepreneurs starting to assert themselves.  This one is along a part of the embankment currently being refurbished.
