...blast off!!! Then there was a big Xplosion, everyone Xhaled with Xcitement and Hartlepool's Steetley chimney collapsed and Xpired. After the Xhilaration we got Xasperated in the traffic queues getting home.

(It was actually a few minutes later than advertised. I don't know whether the powers-that-be hadn't realised that a train was due to go past at the crucial moment, but everything paused until it was out of the way.)
