The Lozarithm Lens

By Lozarithm

The Old Forge (Tuesday 12th July 2016)

One thing I am very good at growing is bindweed. I'm not alone, judging by other blips in the last couple of days. I used to spend a lot of time pulling up the roots until I discovered this was counter-productive as it tunnelled underground to appear elsewhere with renewed vigour. This year the strategy is to let it show itself and then treat its boldest leaves.

I'm not sure if this bindweed flower is sufficiently small for TinyTuesday (thanks to Rainie for hosting) but if not the bugs within must surely be.

I took this with my compact after getting inferior results with macro lenses on DSLR's.
