Globe thistle

Lots of catching up to do at work and the treadmill of meetings began again.
Used my lunchtime to join our little jogging group at work. They started their workouts while I was on holiday so I was a bit worried that I'd get left behind. We alternated between running and walking for one minute. We managed a loop of 2.2 miles and I was still alive at the end.

Not much opportunity to blip though so these globe thistles from the garden had to do.
