Rosie went off to work, I did a few chores, then went into Wokingham and bought new sandals from Clark's and a memory foam mattress topper. I came home to put it on the bed but the instructions said it had to be aired for a few days.  Then on to parents, watched a bit of the cycling on the television. Glad to hear Harry, Keith and Naomi all finished Ride London  without mishap, although Harry was held up by one of the crashes.
After dinner Rosie and I went for an evening walk, we met Helen and Twizzle, a dog we looked after a couple of years ago, and Rosie had a go at the outside gym.
