Of bears and wolves

We visited Wolf- und Bärenpark Schwarzwald today.
It's a reserve for bears that have been abused and mistreated in their past.
Some lived for years in cold wet cages and had to perform on the street and in the circus. Terrible!
These bears have been rescued and now live in the woods in this park, together with wolves (mistreated or rejected animals too) who act as their therapeuts when the try to steal the food from the bears. It helps them to act to their instincts again.

Unfortunately the wolves didn't show themselves.

After the bears we visited two beautiful small cities: Wolfach and Haslach. And after that it was swimming time! The weather has changed completely, blue skies and lots of sun with a temperature of 26C. Summertime!
